A first of many videos giving you knowledge and insight to living a healthy life. My names Ryan “Coach” Jaftha and I have been involved in sports and training from the age of 4 years old which spans a period of over 44 years with 30 years coaching experience as well as personal training. Received my personal training and South African Gym Owners Federation diploma at the age of 18 years old and been coaching a variety of sports people and non sports people male and female young and old since then. My expertise are strength and conditioning for all types of sport, coached many fighters ie boxers, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu students, Karate students, MMA fighters, Bodybuilders ,Rugby players, Athletes Track and Field, Swimmers as well as Stuntman. I swam for 2 clubs as a youngster, athletics both Primary and High School as well as swam and played rugby for the school, Club level 1st and 2nd Division Rugby, competed Provincially in Bodybuilding earning me my Provincial Colours several times and martial arts all my life and finding my home in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and currently my chosen Martial arts. This has lead me to the Stunt Industry in which i am currently engaged and at 48 years old living healthy most of life and engaging in sport has made me hold my own among the youngsters.
