  1. Can you workout with the same weight and still get stronger like I have a pair of 10 pound dumbbells if I workout my arms all the time with just that same weight will I still see results

  2. There’s no excuses for stopping to workout unless your injured but even in jail or anywhere you can do push ups the most effective excercise πŸ’―πŸ’―

  3. As someone who starts over workout routine 1-2 times every year (for unrelated reasons) I know those symptoms all too well. But lately I found out that making first 3-4 training sessions really easy (within reason) allows me to get to "full mode" training without any suffering. I basically warm up, do usual exercises with almost half less weight and repeats and cool down with mostly walking and lazy moves. Of course there is some minor pain and stiffness, but not much worse then during stretching after sleep and it actually feels good.
Trying to make up for all slacking in first training is a big mistake. It makes next training feel like punishment and discourages you. Let yourself be lazy for 1-2 weeks and then you’ll wonder how seamlessly you are back to full mode and happily progressing.

  4. Thanks a lot this helps me understand what is comming towards me and helps me to understand what happens in my body.

  5. Here is how I get started: Hit the gym multiple days in a row. Preferably a week straight. Work out with some light weights. After that first week, it will be much easier to go.

  11. Biggest thing i learned being a gym instructor for just a couple years is people compare themselves to others way to much dont be discouraged because someone else might be growing quicker or look better they might be thinking the same thing about you too just focus on yourself and what you have achived slow progress is still progress pennies make pounds you will get there and more often than not you already are and just havent realised it because the progress is gradual not instant πŸ‘

  12. One Kid who was 8 yr old He always do exercise a day for 7-8 hours with is dad in gym πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

  13. My problem is that im very skinny and weak but for me its awkward to go into the gym with all the bobybuilders

  14. Started at 227lb and i am down to 196lb in 6 months i am also trying to keep weight for muscle growth but i feel amazing! I also work a manual labor job so i have to kinda go semi easy! If you are thinking about going do it youll thank yourself in the long run

  22. I started December 2022 (85 kg) Overweight

Until now and ongoing June 2023 (65kg) Normal Body Weight.

So worth it. I remember doubting myself in the first month of the process.

  23. Im hitting these milestones but its happening at a slower rate than whats stated here. But im hitting them! I feel better and better everyday and i dont miss workouts. I feel better than i have in ages and a 15min workout gives me twice the energy of a 15min coffee break.

  24. After 90 minutes of anabolic exercise the body will become just catabolic. Of course HMB can be used to prevent catabolism. This will allow you to go longer but be careful not to do too many reps at a time. Don’t wanna throw out a tendon. Also if you do weight lifting be sure to get enough protein or you will lose muscle and strength. It is really simple to know if this is happening. You will be sore for several days after working out. This is your body breaking down. A good BCAA supplement before an intense workout can help quite a bit. You will know it is good if you can feel that power as you are doing pushups.

  25. Okay, starting my workout journey, wish me luck! πŸ™‚
    day 1: 40kg
    day 2: 40kg
    day 3: 40.2kg

  26. Started at 315 back in March. Started dieting, eating way better, and exercising.. best decision I’ve ever made. Going through a rough breakup with a toxic women and now I’m happier than ever. Now I’m weighing 258. (06/06/23) and Im determined to keep editing this until I reach my goal weight.. (180-185). When you feel like giving up, think of how far along you’ve come along so far and how worth it the end result is going to be. πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼
